Return & Refund Policy

1. The Omni pillow has a 90-Night guarantee. The 90 nights begins on the date the product was ordered online or bought from in the store.

2. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within the 90 night guarantee to get a full refund of your purchase price. Just pay shipping and handling (we do not offer shipping labels).

3. Please include your name, email, phone number and order number so that we can identify your return if returning from online.
